Sound Bath & Meditation
This journey aims to help you reconnect with your body and equip you with tools to relieve feelings of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, which you can apply in your everyday life. Instructors Gina and Julie will guide you through grounding meditation, breathwork, and Reiki. Then, you will be bathed in the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
