Salishan Coastal Lodge by SCP Hotels Booking Policies

Salishan Coastal Lodge has the following check-in and check-out times:
- Check-In after 4:00 pm
- Check-Out before 11:00 am
Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance Purchase Reservations
Advance Purchase Reservations are prepaid and non-refundable at the time of booking. Full payment is charged at the time of booking to the credit card provided. In exchange for promotional savings, these reservations are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
Flexible Policy Reservations
Flexible Policy Reservations may be canceled or modified three (3) days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled within three (3) days before arrival, a non-refundable penalty for one night will be charged to the credit card on file.
GROUP ROOM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for a minimum of five (5) rooms for ten (10) or more room nights at Salishan Coastal Lodge for the same period of stay must be made directly through the SCP Central Sales Team and are not valid if booked otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations. Promotional and qualified rates are not valid for group reservations. Food and Beverage and other promotional credits are subject to terms of group agreements. All group room blocks are considered valid once a signed agreement has been obtained and deposit(s) paid based on the agreement.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 21 to book a room and check in at Salishan Coastal Lodge.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Salishan Coastal Lodge (along with all SCP Hotels) is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in guest rooms, balconies, or public spaces. Guests who violate our policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected.
PET-FRIENDLY HOTEL
Salishan Coastal Lodge is a dog-friendly hotel with a fee of $35 per dog per stay with up to 2 dogs maximum and a 50 lb weight limit per pet.
